Tour Included

1. Park fees, government fees & taxes inclusive of 18% VAT : This covers the entrance fees to national parks and conservation areas, as well as any other government-mandated fees and taxes.

2. Accommodation on safari : Accommodation is provided during the safari at various lodges or tented camps, as specified in the itinerary.

3. Transport in 4X4 Toyota Land Cruisers with open roofs for a game drive : You will travel in comfortable 4X4 Toyota Land Cruisers equipped with open roofs, allowing for excellent wildlife viewing during game drives.

4. French-speaking driver guide : A professional safari guide fluent in French will accompany you throughout the safari, providing valuable insights and information about the destinations visited.

5. Meals on safari : Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included during the safari, typically served at the accommodation or as picnic meals during game drives.

6. Beer and wine : Alcoholic beverages such as beer and wine are provided during the safari, allowing you to relax and enjoy your experience in the African wilderness.

7. Bottled mineral water throughout the safari : Bottled mineral water will be available throughout the safari to keep you hydrated during your adventures.

Tour not Included:

Tips to the Driver Guide: While not mandatory, it's customary to tip your driver guide as a gesture of appreciation for their service. The recommended amount can vary but is typically around 10-15% of the total safari cost.
Laundry Service: Laundry services may be available at some accommodations for an additional fee. Guests can inquire about this service upon arrival at each lodge or camp.
Local and International Flights: The safari package does not include the cost of flights to and from Tanzania. Guests are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Kilimanjaro International Airport or other entry points.
Travel Insurance: It's highly recommended to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. Guests should arrange travel insurance independently before their safari begins.

Cancelation:

Cancellation within 30 days: You can cancel the tour free of charge if done within 30 days before the scheduled start date.
Cancellation within 15 days: If you cancel the tour within 15 days before the scheduled start date, a 15% surcharge will apply.
Rescheduling: Alternatively, you have the option to reschedule the tour to upcoming available dates without incurring any cancellation fees

Payment:

Deposit Payment: Secure your booking by making a deposit of 40% of the total tour cost. You can do this through online payment or bank transfer using the company's provided bank details.
Balance Payment: The remaining 60% of the tour cost can be paid on the day of your arrival. You have the flexibility to pay this amount either in cash or through online payment via credit card.
Payment Options: If you choose to make the balance payment online, you can use the provided company links to complete the transaction securely.

Itenerary

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Greeting and transfer from the airport to Tulia Boutique Lodge or similar accommodation
Guided tour of Arusha town, including visits to the Maasai market, central market, and Cultural Heritage Center
Overnight at Karibu heritage house /similar

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Departure from Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Full-day game drive in Tarangire National Park, known for its diverse landscapes and abundant wildlife
Accommodation at Angata Luxury Tented Lodge or similar inside the park

Day 3: Tarangire National Park to Karatu

Morning game drive in Tarangire National Park
Departure from Tarangire and journey to Karatu
Opportunity to visit a Maasai village and learn about traditional Maasai lifestyle

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater
