Cancelation:

Free Cancellation: You can cancel the tour free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled start date of the safari.
Cancellation Within 15 Days: If you cancel the tour within 15 days of the scheduled start date, a 15% surcharge will be applied.
Rescheduling: Alternatively, you have the option to reschedule the tour to upcoming days, subject to availability and agreement with Dancing Simba Safari Company.

Balance Payment: The remaining 60% of the total tour cost can be paid on the arrival day by cash or credit card, as per your preference and the company's payment policy.

DAY 1: ARRIVAL AT KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT / ARUSHA AIRPORT

Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK).
Transfer to accommodation in Arusha.
Short briefing about the Tanzania safari.
Overnight stay at Africa Tulip Hotel / Tulia Boutique Lodge or similar.

DAY 2: ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Breakfast at the hotel/lodge.
Departure to Tarangire National Park.
