Tips for Your Safari Guide/Leader: While tipping is not mandatory, it is customary to show appreciation to your safari guide/leader for their excellent service. We recommend budgeting for tips based on your satisfaction with the services provided.
International Flights: Please note that international flights to and from Tanzania are not included in the safari package. You are responsible for arranging your own international airfare to reach Tanzania.
Visa: Ensure that you have the necessary visa for entry into Tanzania. Visa requirements may vary depending on your nationality, so please check with the Tanzanian embassy or consulate in your country for the most up-to-date information.

Cancelation:

Cancellation within 30 Days: You can cancel the tour free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the scheduled start date of the safari.
Cancellation within 15 Days: If you cancel the tour within 15 days of the scheduled start date, a 15% surcharge will apply.
Rescheduling: Alternatively, if you need to change the dates of your safari, you can reschedule it to upcoming days without any cancellation fees.

Payment:

To book this tour, a deposit of 10% of the total tour cost is required. You can make this deposit via online payment or bank transfer.

Upon arrival, the remaining 90% of the tour cost can be settled either in cash or by credit card.

Itenerary

3 DAYS PRIVATE KILIMANJARO DAY HIKE, TARANGIRE PARK AND NGORONGORO CRATER

DAY 1: ARUSHA TO KILIMANJARO MATERUNI VILLAGE

Activity:
- After breakfast at your hotel, embark on a journey to Materuni Village near the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro.
- Begin a walking safari through the village, where you'll encounter chameleons, various tree species, birds, insects, and local fruits.
- Arrive at Materuni Waterfall, nestled in the Kilimanjaro forest. Take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters if desired.
- Return to the village for a hot lunch featuring local Chagga cuisine.
- Proceed to Chemka Hot Spring, where you can enjoy swimming in the warm natural spring surrounded by fig trees and a local bar with barbecue options.
- Later, drive back to Arusha and check into your accommodation at Graceland Hotel or a similar establishment.

DAY 2: ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Out-of-game Viewing Time: 2 hours
Activities:
- Depart from Arusha after breakfast and make a stop in Arusha town for any last-minute shopping.
- Proceed to Tarangire National Park for a game drive. Keep an eye out for the park's abundant wildlife, including elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, ostriches, and more.
- Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park.
- Experience the beauty of Tarangire River and observe animals gathering to drink water.
- In the evening, transfer to Fig Tree Lodge or a similar accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 3: NGORONGORO CRATER TO ARUSHA

Activities:
- After breakfast, head to Ngorongoro Crater for a memorable wildlife viewing experience.
- Descend over 600 meters into the crater and explore its diverse ecosystem, home to a wide variety of animals.
- Keep an eye out for herds of wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, elephants, and predators such as lions, hyenas, cheetahs, and leopards.
- Visit Lake Magadi and enjoy sightings of flamingos, hippos, and other waterfowl.
- Take a short walking safari near the hippo pool at Engutoto.
- In the late afternoon, return to Arusha and proceed with airport transfer or drop-off at your accommodation, marking the end of the safari
