Cancellation within 15 Days: If you cancel the tour within 15 days of the scheduled start date, there will be a 15% surcharge applied.
Option to Reschedule: Alternatively, you have the option to cancel the tour and reschedule it for upcoming available dates without incurring any additional charges.

Payment:

The payment terms for the tour with Dancing Simba Safari are as follows:

Deposit: A 10% deposit is required to confirm the booking. This deposit can be made via online payment or bank transfer.
Remaining Balance: The remaining 90% of the total tour cost is due on the arrival day. This balance can be paid in cash or by credit card.
