International Flights: The cost of international flights to and from Tanzania is not included in the safari package. Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Tanzania.
Visa: Visitors to Tanzania typically require a visa for entry, which can be obtained upon arrival at the airport or in advance through the Tanzanian embassy or consulate in your country. The visa fee varies depending on your nationality.

Cancelation:

Cancellation up to 30 days before the tour start date is free of charge.
Cancellation between 30 days and 15 days before the tour start date will incur a 15% surcharge.
Cancellation within 15 days of the tour start date may result in forfeiting the full tour cost.

Payment:

Deposit: You can secure your tour reservation by making a deposit of 10%. This deposit can be paid either via online payment or bank transfer.
Remaining Payment: The remaining 90% of the tour cost can be settled on the arrival day. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.
