Our safari focuses on the period from December to April, with January offering the best opportunity to witness the calving season. Day 1: Departure from Arusha to Tarangire National Park
In the morning, your personal safari guide will pick you up from your lodgings in Arusha, initiating our exhilarating journey to Tarangire National Park. Traverse the picturesque tarmac road, winding through the enchanting Maasai plains. Along the route, catch glimpses of Maasai tribespeople in their vibrant attire, engaging in their daily activities of herding cattle and navigating donkey carts. Tarangire, celebrated for its magnificent elephant herds, offers a habitat rich in biodiversity. From the elevated vantage point of our state-of-the-art safari jeep, we'll witness the seasonal swamps, sprawling savannas, and the life-sustaining Tarangire River. Our aim is to encounter an array of wildlife, from majestic elephants to graceful giraffes, and perhaps even catch sight of lions on the prowl or leopards lounging in the treetops. After an immersive game drive, we'll retire to our accommodation for a restful evening.

Following a satisfying breakfast, we bid farewell to our accommodation and embark on a scenic drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area en route to the southern reaches of the Ndutu Area. En route, we'll pause to explore the magnificent surroundings, gaining insights from our professional safari guide about the area's unique characteristics. Upon arrival in Ndutu, we'll delve into an exhilarating game drive, immersing ourselves in the diverse habitats and abundant wildlife of this remarkable region. As the day draws to a close, we'll retreat to our chosen accommodation for a peaceful evening.

Day 3: Full Day Exploration of the Ndutu Area
With a hearty breakfast setting the stage for our adventures, we embark on an unforgettable full-day game drive in the Ndutu region. Our expedition aims to explore the varied landscapes, from lush swamps to woodlands, soda lakes, and the renowned Serengeti short grass plains. Witness the awe-inspiring spectacle of the vast herds of wildebeest and zebra, with January marking the peak of the calving season. Marvel at the incredible resilience of the newborn calves as they join the throngs on the expansive plains of Ndutu. As the sun sets on another day of exploration, we return to our accommodation for a well-deserved dinner and rest.

Day 4: Transition from Ndutu Area to Ngorongoro Crater
After replenishing ourselves with breakfast, we embark on an en-route game drive through Ndutu, with the hopes of encountering the renowned Big Five. Our journey continues across the vast plains, leading us towards the iconic Ngorongoro Crater. En route, soak in the breathtaking scenery, and as we descend into the crater, be prepared to encounter a diverse array of wildlife in this UNESCO World Heritage Site. After a day of awe-inspiring exploration, we journey to our accommodation in Karatu for a well-earned rest.

Day 5: Exploration of Lake Manyara National Park
Following breakfast, we embark on the final leg of our epic safari adventure, bound for Lake Manyara National Park. Known for its diverse landscapes and abundant birdlife, the park beckons with its shallow salt lake, frequented by flamingos and countless other avian species. As we traverse the park's woodlands, grassy plains, and baobab-studded cliffs, keep your eyes peeled for monkeys, giraffes, zebras, elephants, and the possibility of spotting lions lounging in the trees. After a day of exhilarating exploration, we return to our accommodation for a tranquil evening.

Day 6: Immersive Walking Safari at Mto Wambu with Maasai Cultural Experience
As our safari draws to a close, we embark on a unique walking safari at Mto Wambu. Accompanied by a packed lunch and all our belongings, our driver will transport us to this picturesque locale, where our walking safari commences. Traverse through banana farms, rice paddies, and coffee plantations under the guidance of a knowledgeable local guide. Later, we'll immerse ourselves in the rich Maasai culture with a visit to a traditional Maasai village. Engage with the local Maasai guide, learn about their customs and traditions, and even partake in their cultural dances.
