Nguchiro Horizon CMS and Yekrina Softwares

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nguchiro CMS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a Yekrina Softwares and its Softwares's Policies, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. License Agreement

Yekrina Softwares grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Nguchiro CMS solely for your internal business purposes, subject to these terms.

2.2 Restrictions

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the Software for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Nguchiro CMS and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Yekrina Softwares. You acknowledge that no ownership rights are transferred to you.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Software.

4.2 Data Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Support and Maintenance

Yekrina Softwares may provide updates, bug fixes, or enhancements at its discretion. Continued access to updates may require an active support subscription.

6. Fees and Payment

If the Software requires payment, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your purchase agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any proprietary or confidential information obtained through the use of the Software confidential unless required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Yekrina Softwares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

Yekrina Softwares reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

10. Governing Law
